These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Resora website (resora.ph and resora.com.au) and, where applicable, your engagement of Resora's recruitment and Employer of Record (EOR) services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Resora

Resora is a boutique Employer of Record and offshore hiring partner for Australian businesses hiring talent in the Philippines, registered at 110 Railway Parade, Seaford VIC 3198, Australia.

2. Use of this website

You may use this website to learn about our services, request a strategy call, and submit enquiries. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Enquiries and strategy calls

Submitting a form or booking a strategy call does not create a contractual relationship between you and Resora. It is the first step in a conversation. Formal engagement of our services is governed by a separate services agreement provided at the time of onboarding.

4. Our services

Where you engage Resora as a client, we will recruit, employ and manage your Filipino team member(s) as described in your services agreement. Specific terms covering fees, notice periods, replacement guarantees, and management fees are set out in that agreement and take precedence over anything on this website in the event of a conflict.

5. Pricing and information accuracy

Pricing, timelines, and other details shown on this website (including on our Pricing page) are indicative and provided in good faith, but may change. Confirmed pricing and terms for your engagement will be set out in your services agreement.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and the Resora name and mascot, is owned by or licensed to Resora and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Resora is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Third-party tools

This website uses third-party tools, including GoHighLevel for scheduling and enquiry management and Webflow for hosting and forms. Your use of those tools through our site is also subject to their own terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
